Auditions

We are always growing the Seattle Irish Dance Company and we would love to have you join us!

We welcome dancers from both competitive and noncompetitive backgrounds who are actively dancing or who are looking to return to Irish dance. We don’t ask for previous competition results or for your dance school.

Our company model allows dancers to balance being a professional performing artist with other full-time commitments.

We perform regularly throughout the year at various venues from music festivals and pubs to large theaters. Most of our shows are in Seattle and the surrounding area, but we also travel around the Pacific Northwest and beyond!

We are looking for dancers who:

• Are committed to our mission of elevating Irish dance as a modern art form

• Want to develop technique and artistry through learning and performing innovative choreography

• Are 18 years or older

• Have the ability to attend weekly rehearsals in Seattle

Virtual auditions for new company members open in November and end at the start of January.
